The Pocket Sandwich  Our Namesake, from way back when that’s all we served.  A pocket stuffed with your choice of Turkey or Corned Beef (or combination of the two).  With provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and creamy Italian dressing.   

 

Mesquite Grilled Chicken Breast   With provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato and guacamole.  

 

Taco Lover’s Pocket   South of the Border favorite with your spicy, seasoned beef (or chicken, if

           you prefer).  With sour cream, lettuce, tomato and a side of salsa.  Muy delicioso!

 

Vegetarian   Three cheeses blended with sour cream, guacamole, mushrooms, lettuce and tomato.  

 

Reuben On Rye   Sauerkraut and your choice of corned beef or turkey with spicy or regular

            mustard heaped on rye bread, broiled, and danced about by naked maidens (just kidding

            about the maidens).

 

All sandwiches (except the Reuben) are served on pita bread and come with

Grilled Chicken Salad   A mesquite grilled chicken breast, diced on a bed of lettuce with purple             cabbage, grated carrots, sliced mushrooms and tomato chunks.  Shredded cheese optional.              Delicious!  (And healthy, too, if that sort of thing turns you on.)   $6.95

 

 

Mandarin Chicken Salad   Mixed salad greens with thinly sliced grilled chicken and

           mandarin orange slices, sprinkled with Chinese noodles and chopped nuts. Topped with a

Dinner Salad   Two lettuces, purple cabbage, grated carrots, croutons and tomato.  (Very healthy.  Ho hum.)   $3.25

Good, simple food.  That’s what we try to do.  We also try to do it fast.  Serving 100 to 150 folks in a little over an hour isn’t an easy task out of a kitchen smaller than the one you have at home.
