99 times out of 100 I click on someone who claims to be "power pop" and they miss the point completely. You guys are a perfect example of that last one percent who nails it. Nice job. Power Pop at its finest.

We liked it so much (Free Love) that my 3 year old had to get up and dance! glad to know there are a lot of good power pop bands out there.

Hi Jon,

I did receive the CD and I really like the two songs on it. It has everything that I like about power-pop: crunchy guitars and harmonies. Too many bands that call themselves power-pop seem to forget the power part of it. I also enjoyed the CD-rom portion of it too (it was well done and good value for $5).

I look forward to hearing more- when will a full length be coming out?

That moment when I received the envelope from Doublepluspop in the post, I felt such
enthusiasm and good vibes that i could have gotten burned from all that radiated out of that
package. Here's hoping you can tell from my response - " Your band is hot". Wow, the
Interactive cd portion is great!! It ran really well (and I didn't do install!!) The concept was well
thought out and it executed nicely. Also, like the art work, sleeve layout and label design is
perfect. Talented folks here, kidz.

Now for the music... well I can't say enough about "the sound". Its really has A Dense POWER
about it with the melodies floating above the crunch and beat. I'm bopping to the Tunes now
and the songs are so infectious and catchy, I'm in power pop bliss!! I'll be up all night now
listening on headphones!! ( I'm sure I look spastic while i'm boppin away here.) Take no offense
you spazzes out there. Get with it. EVERYONE Get Free Love/ Knocked Out NOW. I
absolutely can't wait for the full length album!!!

After downloading and listening to Free Love (from the Hotline Jelly server)
and My Verona demo (thanks Jelly-gal for the tip), and checking out the RA
samples on their website (www.dallas.net/~paveritt/), I have to say
that Doublepluspop is fast becoming one of my new favorite bands.

Paul, you guys are SOOO on the right track. Wish I lived in the Dallas area
so I could catch a performance!
