Henry Louis Weckhorst
In his own words: My full name is Henry Louis Weckhorst. Major RNOAF (retired - communication and electronic branch) and self-employed consultant, 67 years old, married
with Bjoerg, lives in a neighbour county of Oslo. We have one son, Jan
André, married with Ingunn. They have two children, Tina Christine and Lasse
André (17).
ANCESTORS OF NOTE:
- Jens Willatesen Bing, b:1613 d: 1693. City manager in Trondheim.
- Anders Olsen Bruse, b: 1614 d: 1657. Rector in Meldal parish. Built the
church in Meldal, one of the founder of Roeros copper mill, once one of the
greatest industry affairs in Norway at that time.
- Holger Nicolas Brandt, about 1566 - 1586. Rector, probably in Sonderborg,
Schleswig.
- Jens Andersen Bull, b: about 1550 d: 1610. Dean in Dalernes deanery. Some
interest legends about his origin.
- Rudolf Bureneus, b: ca. 1597 - d: 15 jul 1648. Mayor of Kiel (now
Germany). He was the father-in-law of Heinrich Weghorst, b: ca. 1630 - d:
1688. Vice-chancellor in Kiel; quite good evidence he was the great
grandfather of Johan Friedrich Weckhorst.
- Jon Eskildsen Green (later called himself Jonas Ramus), f. 1580 d: 7 aug
