Please forgive any odd terminology...I am not sure I know the correct terms. -ed.
Begin in parallel ready stance
first sequence:
- (1) Left low block stepping back (with right) into front stance
- (2) Right high block stepping back (with left) into front stance
- (3) reverse punch (L)
- (4) backleg (L) front kick
- (5) reverse punch (R)
- (6) backleg (R) front kick
- (7) reverse punch (L)
- (8) punch (R)
- (9) step over with right to turning left inner forearm block into back stance
repeat first sequence but on other side:
- (10) right low block stepping back (with left) into front stance
- (11) left high block stepping back (with right) into front stance
- (12) reverse punch (R)
- (13) backleg (R) front kick
- (14) reverse punch (L)
- (15) backleg (L) front kick
- (16) reverse punch (R)
- (17) punch (L)
- (18) step over with left to turning right inner forearm block into back stance
second sequence:
- (19) Reverse left outer forearm (L) strike while stepping BACK into front stance (right foot back, after
pivoting on left)
- (20) reverse punch (R)
- (21) side punch (L) while turning into middle stance left side ahead
- (22) step-together side-kick (L)
- (23) knife-hand strike (L)
repeat second sequence on the other side:
- (24) Reverse right outer forearm (R) strike while stepping BACK into front stance (left foot back, after
pivoting on right)
- (25) reverse punch (L)
- (26) side punch (R) while turning into middle stance right side ahead
- (27) step-together side-kick (R)
- (28) knife-hand strike (R)
end steps, not repeated
- (29) turning (180 degrees countercloskwise) double guarding block into backstance (with left foot forward)
- (30) step-forward punch (R)

There ares upposed to be 40 steps
Begin at end of Song Song -- in front stance with right punch
first sequence:
- (1) Left inner forearm block stepping back (with right) into back stance (so left foot is forward)/li>
- (2) Right outer forearm strike stepping back (with left) into back stance (so right is foreward)
- (3) reverse punch (L) shifting into front stance (right foot is forward)
- (4) backleg (L) round kick
- (5) left knife hand strike landing in backstance (with left foot forward)
- (6) reverse punch (R) shifting into front stance (left foot is forward)
- (7) backleg (R) round kick
- (8) right knife hand strike landing in backstance (with right foot forward)
- (9) reverse punch (L) shifting into front stance (right foot is forward)
- (10) right punch
- (11) moving right foot across while turning 180 towards the left, double-guarding block into backstance
(left foot forward, facing the back now)
repeat most of first sequence but on other side
- (1) Right inner forearm block stepping back (with left) into back stance (so right foot is forward)/li>
- (2) left outer forearm strike stepping back (with right) into back stance (so left is foreward)
- (3) reverse punch (R) shifting into front stance (left foot is forward)
- (4) backleg (R) round kick
- (5) right knife hand strike landing in backstance (with right foot forward)
- (6) reverse punch (L) shifting into front stance (right foot is forward)

so at this point you are facing the back of the room in a front stance with left foot forward and left fist out
third sequence:
- (11) Pivot on left foot, turn counterclockwise 180 degrees into backstance (right foot back) doing a Low Block / Back Fist
(exactly like step 28 in Toi Gye -- right hand is backfist (down), left is lowblock)
- (12) Shift into front stance (left foot forward) bringing right hand around with inner forearm block
- (13) Reverse punch (left punch)
- (14) turning (counterclockwise) left foot hook kick
- (15) left back fist landing in middle stance
- (16) turn 90 degrees counterclockwise (pivoting on left foot) stepping into parallel-ready stance
with a right shoulder punch (not centered)
- (17) reverse shoulder punch
fourth sequence (same as third but from other side:
- (18) Step back into backstance (left foot back) doing a Low Block / Back Fist
(like step 28 in Toi Gye except on left -- left hand is backfist (down), right is lowblock)
- (19) Shift into front stance (right foot forward) bringing left hand around with inner forearm block
- (20) Reverse punch (right punch)
- (21) turning (clockwise) right foot hook kick
- (22) right back fist landing in middle stance
- (23) turn 90 degrees clockwise (pivoting on right foot) stepping into parallel-ready stance
with a left shoulder punch (not centered)
- (24) reverse shoulder punch
- (25) Turn (180) stepping into left front stance with scooping block (right hand)
- (26) Reverse punch
- (27) Bring left foot to right, right sidekick (kicking towards front)
- (28) Reverse (left) punch while stepping into front stance. End.
