ERIE CO Wills

thanks to Tom Fish of MI for these
from the Erie County Surrogate Court:

Fish, Thomas case file #:6934 year:1822 pgs:1-109
Fish, Jonathan case file #:6935 year:1825 pgs:1-59

The will for Thomas FISH, 6934, is probably Lester's #151 Thomas FISH. The children
listed are Ann SOWLE, Anson FISH, Hannah, and Daniel FISH.

For Jonathan: This will states the deceased was from town of Erie or Clarence.
The will lists Mary FISH, Jonathan's widow, Cyrus HOPKINS, Lorenzo BROWN, and
Jonas VANWEY as inheritors of Jonathan's estate.
(French's Gazetter shows one of the original settlers of
Clarence was Gen. Timothy HOPKINS, an ancestor of Cyrus)
