        married ~1679.  
..3   Benjamin DUNNING was born on Mar 3 1679 in Boston, MA.  Died in Mar
       1739.  Death date given as Mar 21 and Mar 24--one may be burial date.
       Will written Mar 23, 1737, codicil 1738, proved Mar 30, 1739.
       He married see note MINER/ SEELEY.  Benjamin married twice.  First to
       Mary Seeley, bap Sept 12, 1687, Stratfield, Ct.  They were married in
       Stratfield, 1700.  Records show second marriage to Elizabeth Miner,
       bap July 6, 1690, in 1710, but vital records for children born in 1711 and
       1713 show Mary Seeley as the mother.
       Mary was dau of John Seeley (1661/2 -- 1707/10) and Sarah Squires (died
       1690). Sarah was dau of George Squires and Ann.  John Seeley was son of
       Nathaniel (Robert, born London 1600/01, & Mary,: William) Seeley born
       1629, London, Eng., died Narragansett, Mass, Dec 19, 1675 and Mary
       Turney, bap Sept 16, 1631, Sudbury, Eng, died bef 1674, dau of Benjamin
       Turney and Mary Bateman (dau of William),
       Elizabeth was dau of John Miner (Sept 9, 1659, Stratford, CT, married
       Mar 14, 1731) and Sarah Rose (died 1731).  John Miner was son of John
       Miner, born 1634, Charlestown, MA, died Sept 17, 1719, married Elizabeth
       Booth, dau of Richard, born 1695.  John Miner, born 1634 was son of Thomas
       Miner (Apr 23, 1608, Chew Magna, Somerset, Eng, son of Clement, died Oct 23,
       1690, came to US 1629 on the Arabella, part of the Winthrop Fleet) &
       Grace Palmer (born 1608/10 England, died Oct 1690, Stonington, CT, dau
       of Walter Palmer (1585, Eng - 1661/61, Stonington, Ct.) and Ann Elizabeth
       who died in England.  Thomas and Grace were married in Rehoboth, Mass
       Apr 3, 1634. 
...4  David DUNNING  was born on Sep 6 1711 in Newtown, Ct.  Baptized on
        May 11 1712.  Died before Oct 7 1783 in Brookfield, Ct.  This is the date
        his will was proved.  He married Hannah ?Sheppard BOTSFORD in Sep 1736.  Hannah may have
        been the daughter of John Sheppard and widow of Botsford. There is no proof of
        this and thus her parents as 'possible'.  Hannah is supposed to have died 1738 and David
        married Hannah Shepard in that year. Some research says Hannah Botsford was
        Hannah Shepard and a widow.

....5   David DUNNING  was born on Apr 17 1738 in Newtown, Conn.  Died in
           Jul 1806 in Sandgate, VT.  He married Mehitable Elizabeth COLLINS on Oct 14 1762 in Woodbridge,
           Ct.  Mehitable Elizabeth COLLINS was born on Apr 17 1731 in New
           Haven/Woodbury, CT.  Died after 1806. David Dunning  married on Oct 14, 1762.
            Mehitable Elizabeth Collins was the daughter possibly of Joseph Collins and widow of Jonathan Sperry (married 1750, he
          died 1758, children).   David is register with DAR.

           Ct.  Died in Lake Pleasant, Hamilton, NY. He married Millicent PERRY
           on Feb 12 1786 in Oxford, Ct.  Millicent/Millo PERRY was born in Oxford, CT.
           Died after 1810 in prob Lake Pleasant, Hamilton Co., NY.

......7  Shadrack DUNNING    was born in 1786/1787 in South Parish, Woodgate
            Co.,  Ct.  Died in 1872 in probably Arietta, Hamilton, NY.  Buried in
            Gloversville, NY.  according to the History of Hamilton County,
            Shadrack served as a scout for Sir William Johnson as a youth.  If this is true
            he must have been very young!
            He married Mary NICHOLS in 1807/1809 in prob Hamilton Co. NY.  Mary
            NICHOLS was born on Jul 16 1790.  Died on May 18 1814 in Lake Pleasant, Hamilton, NY.
            He later married Dorcas Green.

             Hamilton, NY.  Died on Mar 28 1878 in Speculator, Hamilton, NY.  Buried in
             Speculator Cemetery, Hamilton Co., NY.  SEE DUNNING DATABASE
             She married Nathan SLACK in 1830 in Hamilton Co., NY.  Nathan SLACK
             [S1,S2,S3] was born on May 2 1807 in Amsterdam, Montgomery, NY.  Died
             on May 7 1885 in Speculator, Hamilton, NY.  Buried in Speculator
             Cemetery, Hamilton Co., NY.
