Preston, Conn. He was m. Jan 4, 1849, by Rev. Cyrus Miner,
to Sarah A. Davis and (1661 1/2) Nelson Stillman10 Fish, b.Ston-
ington, Conn., Mar 24, 1850, was probably his son. A descendant,
William C. Fish, lives at Waukesha, Wis. (See page 278.)

Fish, was b. at East Hempstead, L.I., Aug 27, 1764; d.
at Columbia Village, Morris Co, N.J. Sep 10, 1826. His
father d. age 68, one year after his birth, and the boys were taken
by their stepfather Gideon Hughes to New Jersey. On Aug
26, 1810 he m. Justine Ann Berthou (1792-1851).
