Stub length calculation

Calculation of the stub length using Andrews LDF Heliax for the 6 Meter Heliax duplexer. This cable has a nominal velocity factor of 88% and is taken into consideration in this calculation.

The length calculated is the electrical length minus 8.5% making the stub just short of a full 1/4 electrical wavelength and making it *inductive* electrically. If the stub were *longer* than 1/4 wavelength electically it would be capacitive electrically.
