Brad and Elizabeth Webb met when she moved to Dallas in 1988.
They courted and wed in 1990, the same year that they started
Japan Shotokan Karate. Elizabeth is a sandan and a
former US team member. She started serious training in shotokan in 1980.
Brad is a yondan, a current US team member and US National Champion.
He started Shotokan Karate training in 1983. They also teach at
Campbell Green Rec center and assist at UTD. The greatest time of thier lives is happening right now, as Elizabeth delivered twin girls, Bethany Mae and Lydia Jean, January 1st, 2002. She and Brad are enjoying the parenting of these wonderful girls. The girls train karate with Mom and Dad, and train Gymnastics. Contact them at: Brad & Elizabeth Webb. |

Farid Khalilzadeh, Assistant Instructor JSK, is a sandan who came to JSK from Iran,

Mike Escamilla, Chief Instructor Azle Shotokan Karate, is a sandan, and an
active competitor in the local region. An avid seeker of knowledge, we appreciate
having Mike (and his great spirit) as an assistant and member of the JKA Dallas
family. He is also a runner, and has competed in numerous marathons.

Doug Ramsey, PhD and Assistant Instructor JSK and Campbell Green, is a shodan
and an active member of the US Team. He and Brad Webb have won the National
Man/Man Enbu event in 2000 and 2001. They have also placed 3rd (1999), top 8(2000), 2nd(2001),
and 3rd(2003) in international competition. Doug has also placed as high as 2nd in team kata.
